All rates are per month. Monthly rentals only.
$350.00 security deposit will be collected prior to
moving in and will be refunded upon inspection.
Personal check or money order is acceptable.
Rates include 1 parking spot, clean linens* and
towels* and use of private beach. We also have a
washer and dryer on premise.
*we supply linens but renter is responsible for
laundering during their stay. Beds must be stripped
before final departure.
Please no pets/no smoking inside unit.
